Overview Multinacional sector Industrial El Especialista en Accounting y Reporting es responsable de la elaboración y presentación de los informes financieros consolidados mensuales, trimestrales y anuales a través de herramientas de reporting y consolidación, asegurando la calidad, coherencia y trazabilidad de los datos reportados. Reportando al Head de la división en España, el candidato seleccionado será responsable de las siguientes funciones: Responsabilidades Preparación y carga de informes financieros en el sistema, incluyendo resultados mensuales, trimestrales y anuales. Extracción y validación de datos desde el ERP corporativo para su posterior tratamiento y consolidación. Análisis de variaciones frente a periodos anteriores y frente al presupuesto, explicando desviaciones relevantes. Colaboración con las áreas de contabilidad, controlling y operaciones para asegurar la consistencia de la información reportada. Cumplimiento de normativas contables internacionales, especialmente IFRS. Elaboración de informes ad hoc para la dirección financiera y el Grupo, incluyendo análisis de márgenes, costes y rentabilidad. Mantenimiento y mejora continua de los procesos de reporting, incluyendo automatización y control de calidad de datos. Soporte en auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando documentación y justificación de cifras reportadas. Participación en proyectos de mejora de sistemas relacionados con reporting financiero y consolidación. Revisar y validar los informes financieros generados por el equipo contable, asegurando que sean correctos y reflejen fielmente la situación financiera de la empresa. Participar en el proceso de cierre contable local mensual, trimestral y anual, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo contable para garantizar que todos los registros estén completos y correctos. Supervisar el proceso de elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto anual de la empresa, en colaboración con los diferentes departamentos. Analizar las desviaciones entre los resultados reales y los presupuestados, proporcionando informes detallados al Director Financiero para facilitar la toma de decisiones. Solución de mejoras de procesos y automatización en reporting y consolidación.
