TRG is looking for a Senior Deskside Engineer in Cádiz (El Puerto de Santa Maria y Puerto Real) Role • Identifying and solving various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.). • Configuring and preparing video conference rooms. • Organizing and inventorying the warehouse. • Installing Microsoft Operating Systems and imaging devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs). • Installing software and other scripts. • Replacing components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs). • User support. • Performing other IT-related tasks following Computacenter's directives. • Stock control. • Documenting and constantly communicating with different on-site or remote teams. • Mobility is required for the technician to provide services at different sites. Necessary Knowledge: Google Suite Service Now Microsoft Office Windows iOS Pre-Requisites & Experience: Experience of at least 2-3 years as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science Fluent in English & Spanish Driving licence required Skills / Behaviours: • Excellence in Customer service • Good communication skills • Able to self-manage • Adaptability under critical events • Team player • Organised and efficient Details of the vacancy: Permanent and full-time contract, Monday - Friday 40hours/week coverage with the possibility of on-call or weekend interventions Ticket restaurant (Cobee, 1980€ per year) after 3 months and private health insurance after 6 months Access to VIP District: gym discounts, restaurants, car wash, etc Free online language classes (GER, FRE, SPA & ENG) Access to an online platform with access to over 1,000 technical courses and preparation programmes for certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, CCNA, PRINCE2, ORACLE, TOGAF, and many more Training in different skills such as: stress management, time management, communication improvement, leadership Fast recruitment process Fully paid training An international environment where people support and respect each other Career development and leadership program opportunities Fully paid training About us Computacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services.
