El alto volumen de interacciones con doctores hace imprescindible un equipo de Customer Support que garantice una atención constante, humana y eficaz. Como Customer Support Junior , tu misión será ofrecer una atención profesional, cercana y resolutiva a los doctores que trabajan con QuickSmile, actuando como primer punto de contacto y asegurando que sus consultas e incidencias diarias sean atendidas de forma adecuada. El rol está orientado a perfiles junior y combina atención telefónica, gestión de consultas y seguimiento de incidencias básicas, con el objetivo de mantener una experiencia de cliente positiva y coherente con los estándares de la compañía. Atender llamadas, consultas e incidencias de doctores a través de los canales habilitados (Llamadas, Whatsapp) Gestionar un volumen elevado de interacciones relacionadas con temas administrativos y operativos básicos. Dar respuesta clara y profesional a las solicitudes de los clientes, asegurando su correcta resolución o derivación. Atención administrativa y operativa básica . Derivación de incidencias no correspondientes al área de Customer Support. Perfil junior , con ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en atención al cliente. Buenas habilidades de comunicación, especialmente telefónica. Orientación al servicio y capacidad para tratar con clientes exigentes. Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o trato directo con público. Formación en administración, atención al cliente o áreas afines. Experiencia en entornos de alto volumen de interacciones. Formación inicial y acompañamiento para el desempeño del rol. Un entorno profesional donde la atención humana es un valor diferencial. Oportunidad de adquirir experiencia sólida en Customer Support dentro del sector salud. Estabilidad y aprendizaje en un equipo orientado al servicio.
