Position OverviewFiery is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in Ratingen (Germany) / Barcelona (Spain) to lead the outbound marketing strategy for our Large Format and Specialty Production product portfolio. This strategic and hands‑on role requires an experienced, results-driven marketing leader who can define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, develop compelling messaging, enable global channel sales, and drive customer awareness and product adoption across multiple verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead global GTM planning, coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact launchesDefine positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to key customer personas across various print marketsDealer & Channel Enablement – Develop sales enablement tools, partner kits, training decks, and campaigns to activate global reseller and OEM channelsContent Strategy & Execution – Lead the creation of high-quality content across the customer journeyProgram & Campaign Execution – Plan and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns; track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign impactCross-functional Collaboration – Partner with regional marketing, sales, support, and PLM teams to ensure message consistency and execution excellenceMarket Expertise & Positioning – Identify new market opportunities and drive strategies to expand Fiery’s reach and revenue in existing and emerging verticalsEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldExperience10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in technology, print, imaging, or software industriesSkillsProven success in leading product launches, developing value-based messaging, and driving sales enablement for technical productsExperience marketing in wide format, digital textile, DTG / DTF, screen print, engraving, or signage industries is a strong plusStrong project management and cross-functional leadership skills; able to influence and execute across departments and time zonesExperience with OEM and dealer channels is highly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of marketing content and campaign workExperience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics toolsHighly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlinesWhat’s in it for you?Join a global leader in digital front ends and speciality production workflowsBe part of a passionate, high-performance marketing team with room for creativity, ownership, and impactCollaborate with industry pioneers, global partners, and a growing customer base who rely on Fiery to power their businessesEnjoy flexible, hybrid work while leading global initiatives with real business outcomes#J-18808-Ljbffr
