To do this, we base ourselves on values such as curiosity, initiative, and proactivity, fundamental pillars in our daily lives.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and Optimize Ad ARPDAU, Ad Revenue, eCPM, Impressions, and Fill rates among live Ad network partners through:Segmenting users to optimize Ad targetingRunning A/B tests to optimize ad network-based monetization effortsNegotiating deals to constantly optimize Ad revenue generated through ad network partnersProposing in-game improvements (new formats, placements, rewards, capping and cooldown) as well as ad serving improvements (new networks, mediation providers, etc.)Waterfall and bidding managementResolving technical and other issues that might arise (user complaints, integration problems, etc.)Manage business relationships with ad network partners, from on-boarding to post-integrationConsistently play games of our clients and their competitors to discover new ad revenue growth opportunitiesBenchmark/Evaluate Ad networks to be used based on monetization potential, integration constraints,Collaborating and effectively communicating with all stake-holders, including client’s in-house teams (UA, Data Analysts, Product teams, etc.)Stay on top of industry trends (ad monetization and beyond)Actively work on signing up new clientsQualifications3-5 years of monetizacion experienceYou are a highly analytical and detail-oriented personYou are able to compile and analyze performance data and metricsYou are highly organized and can focus on several projects at onceYou are proficient in ExcelYour English is fluent; excellent written and verbal communicationYou are proactive and take initiative, with a problem-solving attitudeYou are comfortable receiving feedback/directionYou have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with clients, external partners and peersYou have preferably a background in mobile advertising technologyYou have a passion for results, a consistent track record of exceeding targetsYou are a self-starter and organizedBenefitsProfessional growth in a technological environmentDynamic environment surrounded by the best professionalsPermanent internal trainingFree Friday afternoons35-hour week for the full months of July and AugustPermanent contractFree coffee, tea and fresh fruit#J-18808-Ljbffr
