We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients ' teams in Tenerife . What You’ll Do: Develop, implement, and manage advanced paid advertising strategies on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and budget management to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across international markets Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging Analyze complex campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization Lead A/B testing and experimentation across ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and funnel stages Work cross-functionally with product, CRM, content, and analytics teams to align paid media strategies with business goals Stay current with platform updates, trends, and competitor activity What We Expect: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Proven success managing significant budgets and delivering results in international markets Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies Experience with full-funnel marketing, CRO, and user journey optimization Excellent communication and project management skills Independent, proactive mindset with ownership mentality Fluency in English (other languages are a plus) What We Offer: Full ownership of performance marketing initiatives with room to test and innovate Supportive and experienced international marketing team Clear career growth path, including potential leadership opportunities A full-time position in Santa Cruz de Tenerife – enjoy work-life balance in a sunny and vibrant location Hybrid work model possible after the initial onboarding period Job Type: Full-time
