Reporting to the Product Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to help customers save billions in clinical trial costs globally. By leveraging both traditional estimation methods and innovative AI approaches, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming clinical trials, cost estimation, and AI technology. Are you up for the challenge?AccountabilitiesStrategic Product ThinkingInterpret underlying user intent beyond stated requests, understanding the "why" behind feature asks and workflow pain pointsBalance user needs with B2B business outcomes – considering buyer personas, ROI metrics, enterprise adoption patterns, and enterprise change management frictionOwn priority trade‑off decisions balancing customer opportunity/commitments, user needs, and available capacity with inputs from your cross‑functional teamTranslate complex stakeholder requirements (from both economic buyers and end users) into elegant product solutions that serve multiple constituencies and balance speed and scaleThink beyond just estimating cost, to the connection points of cost drivers throughout the Study Design & Planning modules, creative opportunities to optimize cost, and the collaboration impacts of making changes to the design to reduce costContribute to business cases that connect product capabilities to measurable customer value and revenue impactProduct Execution & DeliveryDrive feature development from conception through launch, owning timelines and delivery commitments, contributing meaningfully to and maintaining roadmap goalsTransform user intent and business constraints into concrete product requirements that engineering can execute and customers will buyPartner with engineering, commercial, research and design to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of product capabilitiesLead the alignment and integration of related product offerings into cohesive user experiences, both within and across Evinova’s productsPartner with AI engineering and data science teams to define requirements for AI‑native productsStay current with AI advances in document automation and identify opportunities for product enhancementUser Research & ExperienceCoordinate and conduct UX research initiatives both independently and in partnership with UX Research professionalsConduct user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis on an ad‑hoc basis to help rapidly validate assumptions and form perspectivesDistinguish between what users say they want, what they actually need, and what will drive purchasing decisions, recurring revenue, and continual value deliverySynthesize research findings into actionable roadmap inputs, ensuring user insights directly influence product priorities and feature decisionsDesign & Rapid PrototypingCreate rapid prototypes using AI‑powered design tools to quickly validate concepts and iterate on solutions. Familiarity with code is a plusMake design decisions that reflect both user mental models and business value drivers (efficiency gains, compliance requirements, change management considerations)Partner with designers to elevate the overall product experience, contributing concrete design feedback and suggestionsStakeholder EngagementBuild relationships with key customers and internal stakeholdersNavigate complex B2B dynamics including champion building, economic buyer alignment, and multi‑stakeholder decision processesCommunicate product updates, roadmap changes, and strategic decisions to diverse audiencesSupport commercial teams with product expertise during customer engagementsEssential Skills/Experience3–5 years of product management experience in B2B or B2C software, preferably in regulated industriesExperience delivering product outcomes for complex financial modelling productsA builder mindset, with a demonstrated ability to read between the lines of user feedback and translate implicit needs into explicit product featuresFamiliarity with AI‑enabled prototyping toolsets for use in discovery, story‑telling, and to inform rapid software development decisionsStrong analytical skills with ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear recommendationsExcellence in written and verbal communication, with ability to influence without authorityBachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or life sciences field (or equivalent experience)Willingness to travel occasionally (10–15%) and collaborate in‑office regularlyDesirable Skills/ExperienceFamiliarity with cost drivers of clinical trialsExperience in any combination of business administration, healthcare technology, clinical trials, or life sciences softwareProficiency with AI‑powered prototyping tools (v0, Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit) and design systemsExperience with enterprise software design patterns and understanding of enterprise UX constraintsUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly large language models and their applicationsKnowledge of clinical trial protocols, ICH‑GCP guidelines, or regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA)When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life‑changing medicines.
