In this role, design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about creating impactful solutions that drive user engagement and conversion. This is the first role of its kind in our team, so your impact will be felt from day one. You’ll be joining a design team of 10 people within a high‑growth, performance‑led company, with the opportunity to shape the future of our product experience. Your focus will be on optimizing our acquisition funnel, enhancing conversion rates, leading a small product design sub‑team, and ensuring our product design supports scalable growth. You will report directly to the Senior Design Manager, ensuring strong alignment with the broader design vision and company objectives. You’ll work in a highly iterative environment, collaborating closely with marketing and growth teams to rapidly test, learn, and ship.
