Buscamos MANAGER / ENCARGADO de Restaurante Para una comprensión completa de esta oportunidad y de lo que se requerirá para ser un candidato exitoso, siga leyendo.Grupo Mambo, empresa familiar con mas de 30 años de historia, formada por 500 profesionales, busca MANAGER / ENCARGADO de Restaurante para nuestros locales ubicados en la zona de San Antonio y/o Ibiza. Tu misión será captar al cliente, dar el mejor servicio asegurándote de que su experiencia sea increíble. Responsabilidades Se trata de un puesto muy operativo, donde \"hay que remangarse\", centrado en la venta y en dinamizar al equipo para que el cliente disfrute de nuestra carta, nuestra terraza y nuestra animada sala. También hay algo de trabajo administrativo, sobre todo el relacionado con los pedidos de sala y planificación de horarios, pero el foco siempre será el equipo y los clientes. Queremos que aportes ideas para mejorar continuamente las operaciones y el posicionamiento del restaurante: todas las iniciativas en materia de publicidad, marketing, logística, operativa... serán más que bienvenidas. Requisitos mínimos : Experiencia de 2 años en puesto vacante. Dominio de inglés. Habilidades Requeridas: Experiencia en gestión de restaurantes. Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo. Proactividad.
