More About the Role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Commercial Excellence Specialist in Madrid with Signify. Responsibilities Analyze and define go-to-market models, customer segmentation, and value propositions. Map, standardize, and optimize sales processes. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for sales productivity. Drive cross‐functional alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Build dashboards and KPIs for sales performance management. Conduct deep‐drive analytics on commercial trends, customer behavior, churn, and revenue drivers. Deliver insights on performance, territory planning, white‐space analysis, and customer potential. Own or co‐own the application stack strategy and governance. Ensure data quality, integrity, and completeness across all commercial systems. Work with IT and sales teams to design and optimize sales tools, workflows, and automation. Implement new tools and drive digital transformation programs. Develop and manage sales playbooks, methodologies, and best‐practice guidelines. Plan and deliver sales training (processes, tools, value selling, territory planning). Ensure onboarding materials are up to date for new employees. Qualifications Strong Analytical & Data Interpretation Skills: Ability to analyze sales performance, customer data, pricing, and pipeline metrics; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. CRM Expertise: Hands‐on experience with CRM configuration, workflows, reporting, and governance. Commercial & Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding of lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, territory planning, GTM models, and sales methodologies. Business Acumen: Ability to understand commercial strategy, market dynamics, customer behavior, and revenue drivers. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage cross‐functional initiatives, drive timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver process/tool improvements. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with sales, marketing, finance, and executives. Change Management Capability: Experience driving adoption of new tools, processes, and sales methodologies; training and enablement skills. Pricing & Revenue Management Understanding: Knowledge of pricing models, discount frameworks, deal economics, and margin analysis. Sales Enablement Skills: Ability to build playbooks, training materials, and sales tools that improve productivity and support onboarding. Technical & Digital Skills: Comfort with commercial tools like CRM, CPQ, lead scoring, forecasting models, automation platforms, and data dashboards. Benefits You can grow a lasting career here.
