Expert Researcher in Discovery projects

In ING we are looking for an Expert Researcher in Discovery projects Your role and work environment: We're looking for researcher with a keen eye for social trends and high and proven experience in quantitative research projects to join the Research Team in our Customer Obsession & Innovation Center of Expertise. You'll design and manage research projects using both traditional and innovative methodologies, qual and quant techniques, collaborate with the team to explore new ways of doing things, and will be leading research projects with high uncertainty. Clear knowledge of sources of information Strong-knowledge of research techniques Ability of transforming data in a clear and insightful story Able to work with minimal supervision on multiple projects. Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders. Experience working following the Agile SCRUM framework is a plus.
