About the Opportunity La Cala Resort, situated in the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas with breathtaking views of the Andalusian countryside and the Mediterranean, is a golf lover’s paradise. Home to three championship courses, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Golf Shop Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about golf, fashion, and delivering world-class customer service, this is your chance to work in one of Spain’s leading golf resorts. What You Will Do: Customer Welcome: Be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Shop Operations: Assist with the sale of golf apparel, equipment, and accessories, offering expert advice to golfers. Reservations: Manage tee time bookings and check-ins efficiently using our systems. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the Golf Shop is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Guest Experience: Go the extra mile to exceed golfer expectations and solve any queries. Requirements: Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish is essential. Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a golf environment. Golf Knowledge: A good understanding of golf rules, equipment, and etiquette is highly valued. Attributes: Friendly, responsible, organized, and a team player. Availability: Immediate start preferred. What We Offer: A full-time contract with a competitive salary (€18,000 – €19,000 yearly).
