Our client, a leading multinational technology company,is recruiting for a Core Technical Engineer to join their business in Spain. Position Title: Core Technical Engineer Position Type: Contract or employment Start Date: ASAP Location: Madrid, Spain Contact: Tamara Rajic | +49 (0) Responsibilities: As a network engineer, he will be responsible for designing and implementing telecom solutions in the core domain of telecom operators (either/both voice and data domains, 4G/5G and VoLTE). He will be involved in designing network solutions, planning and defining high and low-level design and implementing configurations, including testing, field trials leading and FOA and migrations, for subscribers for our Spain customers. As technical engineer, he will be responsible for the design, implementation, etc. of the projects he will be assigned, reporting both to manager level and to project technical director, and be the interface customer Technology, Engineering, Planning and O&M departments. He will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the technical delivery and customer satisfaction, and collaborate in process automation. Qualifications: Education: Master or Bachelor (Telecommunication or Computer Science university degree) Languages: Spanish, English Project delivery experience in either Core NFV voice or data projects Very good troubleshooting capability and experience Very good communication skills with other departments and customers. Team management and technical management capability Proven knowledge of SIP/Diameter for voice domain (CAMEL/INAP desirable GTP/Diameter/S1-AP/OSPF-BGP for data PS. Cisco CCNA/CCNP would be a plus Extended IP routing protocols knowledge will be positively considered
