OMRON is looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth initiatives in Iberia and Greece. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and strengthening partnerships, working closely with both our commercial and marketing teams. Location: Barcelona, Spain Your Key Activities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners (BPs) Lead annual and mid-term budget planning, and ensure effective execution with BPs to reach turnover and profit objectives Monitor and enhance market share, penetration, and distribution performance Organize and coordinate trade plans, promotions, and marketing activities with BPs and OMRON teams to ensure optimal execution and the best customer & consumer experience Conduct field visits to assess performance, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend actionable strategies Explore new business development opportunities in adjacent markets Represent OMRON at key industry events such as pharmacy exhibitions and medical congresses To succeed in the role, you will need Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields 4-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Healthcare Strong analytical and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive and energetic attitude and a holistic, strategic approach Experience in trade marketing and pharmacy channel management within a multinational environment is a plus Fluent in English (written and spoken) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ready to make a difference?
