Do you want to be part of this great family? What we’d like you to do Definition and execution of SEO strategies based on business needs and goals. Correctly defining the "Keywords" related to the project. Create structures that facilitate search engine crawling and analyze those used by competitors. SEO project goals definition and growth estimates. Ability to analyze a web page: definition Keyword research, structure and web architecture, technical aspects (loading speed, CMS, server, ...), contents (content analysis and strategy definition), backlink profile (analysis and definition of off page strategy). Experience managing SEO content strategies and ecommerce SEO projects. Conducting keyword research to identify new content opportunities. Managing the content creation process. Analyzing crawl data to identify crucial SEO measures. Analyzing competitors to evaluate the strength and weaknesses of their strategies. Following SEO guidelines. WPO analysis to improve page load speed. Proven experience with Google Data Studio, generating and defining reports with basic SEO KPIs, integrating different tools and data sources (search console, analytics, google ads, semrush, page speed). Identify areas of opportunity through regular reporting, Search Console deep dives, keyword research, and competitive analysis. Monitor the organic performance, competitors organic benchmarking, SERP features and Google algorithm updates. Follow-up of web analytics metrics and SEO metrics and elaboration of improvement proposals for their optimization. Leading international SEO projects. Collaborate with the Paid Search team to optimize seo‑sem strategy. Experience managing high level meetings with clients. Digital business vision. Deep analysis of seo channel performance and impact on the business. Focused on results. Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical SEO concepts into something non‑SEOs can understand. Internal training and evangelization of good SEO practices for teams. Collaborating with Product Owners, Developer team, Shop management and other relevant departments involved with the clients. Perform the assigned tasks in a time and resource efficient way and carry out the necessary studies and tests to obtain the best results. Resourceful problem solver who will probe for the answer but doesn’t get paralyzed by analysis. What we’d like you to bring You have minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role. Advanced SEO & GEO expertise: Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, geo‑clustering, programmatic SEO, and location‑based data analysis. You have experience in SEO project management & strategy definition, with a clear business vision to understand the client’s concerns and priorities beyond SEO. Previous experience managing international and big accounts is a plus. Strong understanding of how LLMs work, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and evaluation/measurement frameworks for LLM‑generated outputs. Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven SEO tools, data enrichment platforms, and performance‑tracking systems tailored to local and organic search. Ability to design AI-assisted processes for research, content, QA, and scalable optimization. Proactive, willing to learn and generate results in a few weeks and propose new strategies to fit the client’s situation. Ability to adapt to new challenges and a positive attitude. You have analytical vision and base your strategies and activations on Business & SEO goals, focusing on the data & main KPIs. You are used to work with other involved teams, such as Paid, UX or IT and develop joint strategies with them to maximise the client’s benefit and have ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects with many simultaneous requests. You are proficient in: Semrush, Sistrix, Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Excel, OnCrawl, Ahrefs and any other SEO tool and have knowledge of HTML & JS developments.
