Descripción del trabajoLa posición se encuentra en Madrid, España, y reporta directamente al Departamento de Marketing y Comunicación Europea basado en Francia.Unlimitail es una compañía que está revolucionando el mercado de Retail Media, las estrategias publicitarias que aprovechan la sinergia entre los datos y el entorno físico y digital de los retailers.Con el objetivo de convertirse en líder en Europa y Latinoamérica, Unlimitail ayuda a marcas a desplegar estrategias de Retail Media y apoya a los minoristas en el desarrollo de sus propias ofertas a través de tecnología de propiedad.En un contexto de fuerte expansión, Unlimitail está reforzando su huella en España y busca un/a Marketing & Communication Manager para elevar nuestra oferta de Retail Media.Tu misiónConvertir datos, campañas y alianzas en historias que inspiren a nuestros clientes y respalden el desempeño de los equipos de ventas.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollo de marketing y narración de historias: crear contenido de marketing y mostrar nuestros activos.Construir y actualizar materiales de marketing y presentaciones de ventas.Utilizar nuestros datos y traducirlos en insights accionables con storytelling convincente para las marcas.Garantizar la consistencia y alineación de todos los materiales con la identidad corporativa de Unlimitail.Activación de ventas y soporte comercial: construir y actualizar ofertas basadas en calendario (momentos de retail, eventos estacionales, periodos comerciales clave).Apoyar la planificación y estructuración de iniciativas comerciales mayores.Responder a solicitudes ad‑hoc de los equipos de ventas con materiales y contenido a medida.Mantener comunicación regular con los equipos de ventas para recoger necesidades y feedback.Identificar, priorizar y gestionar eventos clave de la industria (feiras, conferencias, premios, paneles) junto con el equipo global.Asegurar cobertura de eventos (fotos/vídeos, publicaciones en vivo, etc.) y compartir oportunidades de comunicación y visibilidad (publicaciones en LinkedIn, medios, asociaciones, slots de ponencias).RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 5 años en marketing/communication dentro de FMCG, media sales o agencia de medios.Excelente dominio y expresión escrita y oral en español e inglés (requisito). El francés es una ventaja.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad de convertir datos e insights de retail media en mensajes claros.Excelentes habilidades de organización, gestión de proyectos y coordinación.Amplio conocimiento de redes sociales y del ecosistema mediático.#J-18808-Ljbffr
