That’s why we need a Packaging Senior Team Lead like you, to join the Manufacturing Department at Instituto Grifols SA, a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma.Responsibilities You will supervise the packaging processes.You will resolve incidents that occur during the process.You will manage changes in the production plan.You will handle breakdowns and investigate incidents.You will ensure compliance with the weekly plan.You will participate in the investigation of deviations.You will communicate and plan the activities to be carried out by other departments in the company.You will lead, motivate and manage the team.Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Health Science Bachelor's Degree and/or Master in Farma Industry.Experience in similar tasks and/or in Manufacturing.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage large teams in a dynamic environment.High level of English (B2-C1).Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMPs.Knowledge of SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office.Must be comfortable in a constantly changing environment and able to shift plans and priorities daily to meet mid and long-term objectives.You are a communicative person, with a strong orientation towards teamwork and leadership skills.High level of organization, logistical and decision-making skills.What we offer It is a brilliant opportunity for you.
