Devops Engineer - Alicloud & AWS - F/M/X Join to apply for the Devops Engineer - Alicloud & AWS - F/M/X role at Mantu As part of Mantu’s Cloud & DevOps Client Enablement team, we are seeking two experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineers specialized in Alicloud & AWS to support a major cloud transformation initiative. This project involves migrating hundreds of applications and infrastructure components from an on-premise datacenter in China to Alicloud . The engineers will play a key role in technical migrations, building deployment pipelines, reinforcing governance, and ensuring strong security and compliance standards across the project. Your missions Lead and execute the migration of enterprise applications and services from an on-premise datacenter to Alicloud Assess existing infrastructure, dependencies, and application landscapes to design effective migration strategies Build and maintain infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments Collaborate closely with project teams to meet technical requirements and ensure solutions align with architecture, governance, and security standards Act as the main technical contact for the migration workstream, supporting internal users and business teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex migration, deployment, or cloud-related issues Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality throughout all phases of delivery Identify opportunities to streamline and automate migration and deployment workflows Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, ArgoCD, etc.) Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Your profile Academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience: Minimum 3 years in Cloud or DevOps engineering, with Alicloud and AWS, with demonstrated project delivery, including large-scale cloud migration projects (ideally with regulatory or regional compliance constraints such as China cloud policies) English language: Full professional proficiency required (written and spoken) Tools / software: Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go), CI/CD & GitOps tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD), secrets management solutions, Terraform (IaC) AI/OpenAI experience: (If relevant, please specify) Soft skills: Strong foundation in networking, cloud security, IAM, and hybrid/cloud architectures; excellent communication skills; ability to work with cross‑functional, multicultural teams; familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern SDLC frameworks What we offer An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together program Diversity and Inclusion Mantu is committed to promoting diversity within its teams and creating an inclusive work environment.
