Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Middle DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, Terraform and a technical background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices. Ideal candidates have experience in fin-tech, trading, or cryptocurrency environments and thrive in fast-paced, innovative teams. Our tech stack includes AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and scripting in Bash, Python, and Go. Key Responsibilities Deploy, backup and maintain scalable, secure AWS environments with a focus on high availability and resilience. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go). Build, enhance, and oversee CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery (Github Actions, ArgoCD, Gitlab CICD). Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and deployment processes. Monitor and optimize infrastructure, ensuring resource efficiency. Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, conducting root cause analysis. Maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and reliability. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and rapid resolution of critical incidents. Requirements 3+ years in DevOps roles, with a focus on AWS environments. Expertise in AWS services, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go). Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, load balancing, firewalls). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Github Actions). Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a strong advantage. Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities. Fluent in English.
