Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours Conducting urgent \"rescue\" sessions and delivering post‑assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain student motivation Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address particular challenges Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities Elevate student learning results through AI‑powered analysis and immediate academic feedback, evidenced by strengthened metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network. Proven experience in data science or similar function, education, EdTech, or a student‑facing role combining analytical and interpersonal elements Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering) Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes via data‑driven methods Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and foundational coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
