Your role will be pivotal in crafting services from inception to delivery, ensuring they align seamlessly with our business objectives. You’ll be at the heart of our SoftwareOne Microsoft Center of Excellence, focusing on Support and Managed Services among others.Main responsibilities: Service Delivery Model Design:Design and implement a best-in-class, cost-efficient service delivery model at both group and regional levels, aligned with on-the-ground experiences and improvement suggestions, driving innovation through automation and best practices, and contributing to the enhancement of Microsoft and SoftwareOne’s Design and Delivery framework. Product Design & Innovation :Drive the creation of repeatable Microsoft Security solutions and accelerators, capitalizing on ongoing projects and partnership with Microsoft to package cutting-edge offerings accelerating time-to-value for SoftwareOne customers. Strategic Partnership Management: Lead the technology collaboration with Microsoft, including the realization of joint Security offerings, ensure our offerings are at the groundbreaking of technology and market needs. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal Centres of Excellence and service units to promote integration and synergy across our Security initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to solution development and delivery. Product & Delivery Strategy: Define and implement delivery and product strategies that align with our corporate goals, driving growth and thought leadership in the Data & AI space. Delivery Excellence: Elevate our delivery efforts by being a trusted advisor in the development of proposals, solution designs, and architectures, particularly for strategic customers and significant deals. Innovate in creating demos, POCs, and presales artifacts that underscore our value proposition. Advanced Advisories: Lead our Security Advisory services, employing our established methodology and delivery toolkit, while continuously refining our practices based on market trends and feedback. SoftwareOne Microsoft Security Portfolio Development:Champion the development of our Microsoft Security Portfolio development, setting global delivery standards and integrating repeatable components to stay ahead of technological advancements. Delivery Enablement & Thought Leadership: Design delivery and pre-sales enablement initiatives, map providing expertise and knowledge
