Estamos buscando una persona proactiva y organizada para formar parte de nuestro equipo administrativo. La persona trabajará en estrecha colaboración con distintos departamentos para asegurar un flujo de información eficiente, gestionar reclamaciones de pagos y controlar los gastos de la empresa y de los empleados. Gestión administrativa general. Control y registro de gastos de empleados (reembolso de gastos, justificantes, conciliaciones y seguimiento de presupuestos). Gestión de facturas y órdenes de compra, y apoyo en la contabilidad básica. Elaboración de informes periódicos de gastos, ingresos y desviaciones. Tareas administrativas correspondientes a proyectos y campañas de la empresa. Mantenimiento de bases de datos y sistemas de gestión (ERP / CRM) actualizados. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares (administrativo / a, back office, contabilidad básica, etc.). Requisitos Experiencia demostrable en reclamación de pagos y gestión de cobros. Experiencia en control y gestión de gastos de empleados. Conocimientos de herramientas de ofimática. Capacidad analítica, organización y atención al detalle.
