You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing projects.Process purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high service quality and efficiency.Accounts Receivable or General LedgerCollect, analyze and interpret data to produce reports, both monthly and ad‑hoc ones;Ensure service levels and quality standards of provided services (KPI, SLA);Build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders within the local entities;Participate in emerging projects – e.g. process transitions, continuous improvements, procedures standardization etc.;QualificationsEnglish fluency required.3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable ideally embedded in a Shared Service Center.Solid accounting skills and understanding of accounting principles.Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP.Fixed term contract of 6 months.Bonus calculated according to the company's performance.Stable employment conditions: permanent contract.Benefits and Working ConditionsTicket Restaurants (2420 euro net per year).Possibility to apply at any time for private medical insurance with Adeslas.Modern office in an attractive location in Barcelona (5 minutes walking from Sants Train Station).Employees from over 33 different nationalities in our Barcelona office.Access to an online employee platform offering discounts on more than 50 brands, including fashion, technology, travel, culture, etc.Remote work policy: company provides 250 euro per year gross to manage internet and other expenses.Teleworking model: hybrid model with a lot of flexibility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
