With its local expertise and client-focused approach, the company aims to create a seamless rental experience for tenants and property owners alike. Role Description This full-time Letting Agent and Property Manager position is based on-site in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, coordinating property rentals, and ensuring smooth property management processes. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, handling property inquiries, resolving tenant issues, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves providing excellent customer service while overseeing the rental process from beginning to end to meet both tenant and landlord needs. Qualifications Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and knowledge of Estate Agents practices Strong skills in Property Management and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties efficiently Fluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial Experience in the real estate or rental industry is a plus
