Job DescriptionSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: Speak Dutch on a native level and German on a B2 level or higher At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service Completed commercial or technical education Enjoy dealing with people and have a feeling for their needs Structured work style as well as ambition and optimism Strong cooperation and communication skills, negotiation skills High degree of resilience and sense of responsibility Enjoy continuous training (SAP, IT, product knowledge) Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with CRM systems Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM and lead generation in the B2B area would be an advantage QualificationsWhat’s in it for you?
