You translate business needs into robust, scalable application designs with support of the Solution Architect; deliver changes end-to-end; and steward the solution through its lifecycle, ensuring secure, compliant and cost-effective operations in line with our Product Group model.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into robust, scalable application designs with support of the Solution Architect.Deliver changes end-to-end and steward the solution through its lifecycle.Ensure secure, compliant and cost-effective operations.QualificationsDemonstrable Workday experience (configuration, rollout and/or support) across one or more modules (e.g., HCM Core, Security).Strong analysis and solution design skills; comfortable with process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.Proven delivery in a product or project environment collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.Excellent communication in English; able to translate technical topics into business value.Nice-to-haveExperience with Workday integrations (EIB/Studio), calculated fields and security.Familiarity with release and testing cycles.Why Join UsSibelco is a global company focused on sustainability, innovation, and empowering people.
