About The Rev‑celerator Graduate Programme The Rev‑celerator Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12‑month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands‑on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business. The Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to ensure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast‑moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager Graduate to support cross‑regional initiatives and help ensure we scale responsibly while meeting regulatory obligations. You’ll partner with senior managers and gain global compliance exposure. The Rev‑celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). Preparing metrics and materials for compliance forums and committees. Partnering with senior compliance managers to review risk issues and incidents. Supporting compliance initiatives across multiple regions to enable global growth. Assisting in building and maintaining the Group Compliance Monitoring Plan. Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes to stakeholders. Contributing to team roadmaps and planning activities. Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026. Full‑time availability for 12 months from September 2026. Experience with data analysis or internal tools (e.g., Looker, Jira, Confluence). Experience in financial services or compliance. Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
