Key Responsibilities ACQUISITION Clear understanding of Out of Home channel and sub channels and its competitive landscape; Identify hunting opportunities and define the acquisition roadmap; Prepare and lead negotiations with customers and other relevant entities namely: pricing, assets, legal and fiscal considerations, brand investment and category incrementality and added value to customer’s strategy; Coordinate the drafting and final version of the contract with customers and internal stakeholders and successfully sign off;
