EF Malaga has an exciting opportunity to join our Accommodation Department as a Homestay Recruiter , supporting the recruitment of high-quality host families for our international students.In this role, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with local families and ensuring our students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and comfortable homestay experience.Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential host families from an existing database of enquiriesArrange and conduct home visits with prospective host familiesAssess homes to ensure they meet EF’s accommodation standardsSupport families in completing application forms and required documentationProvide clear and accurate feedback to the EF Accommodation team following visitsUpdate host family profiles and records in the database after each visitManage and organise visits according to your own scheduleAbout YouA sociable, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent telephone and communication skillsA target-driven mindset; sales or recruitment experience is an advantageAccess to a car (preferred but not essential)Good organisational skills and attention to detailSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesEducation, Language Schools, and Travel ArrangementsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at EF by 2xAbout EF Language AbroadEF Language Abroad is a division of EF Education First, the world leader in international education.
