EF Malaga has an exciting opportunity to join our Accommodation Department as a Homestay Recruiter, supporting the recruitment of high-quality host families for our international students. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with local families and ensuring our students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and comfortable homestay experience. Key Responsibilities Contact potential host families from an existing database of enquiries Arrange and conduct home visits with prospective host families Assess homes to ensure they meet EF's accommodation standards Support families in completing application forms and required documentation Provide clear and accurate feedback to the EF Accommodation team following visits Update host family profiles and records in the database after each visit Manage and organise visits according to your own schedule About You We're looking for someone who is friendly, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You will ideally have : A sociable, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills Excellent telephone and communication skills A target-driven mindset; sales or recruitment experience is an advantage Access to a car (preferred but not essential) Good organisational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
