And we are growing rapidly.Your role as a Project ManagerKey responsibilities and expectations:Manage all high‑level project deliverables.Own the creation and management of the project budget and schedule.Ensure all parties are aware of and abide by the quality standards that will be used.Supervise the project financially and contractually; manage contracts.Monitor design and procurement, with support from specialist disciplines (D&E, MHE, Procurement) and associated engineering companies.Take leadership of the project and manage the local project team.Create a helicopter view on the project, identify when and where support and guidance is needed to accelerate activities/suppliers/team‑members.Record all project related documentation, such as permits, drawings, minutes, etc., and ensure the permit timeline is actively managed.Organise and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, project meetings, and coordination meetings.Periodically report to the Project Director, Steerco, CPO and VP Projects.Maintain effective and ongoing communication with all parties.Experience and qualificationsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.3–7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager on complex construction, automation or logistics projects.Experience managing projects with multiple moving pieces that are highly technical and complex.Native Spanish language proficiency.In‑depth knowledge of principles, practices and theories of project management.Exposure to greenfield construction.Benefits and growth opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative environment.The opportunity for professional growth in a fast‑scaling, international company.The chance to have real impact and innovate alongside other bright minds.The challenge of transforming the future of cold storage and food logistics.A strong commitment to employee well‑being.How to applyIf you are interested in this vacancy, please submit your CV in English.
