Your role is vital in bringing this innovative vision to life, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest and member. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational aspects for both short-stay and long-stay guests, ensuring a seamless experience, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and driving the property's financial performance. You will be instrumental in bringing this innovative concept to life, playing a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing guest satisfaction. About the role We are seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Intern to join our team at the brand new Hotel OCEANIKA. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and learn what it takes to deliver exceptional service and maximize guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities: Manage guest check-in and check-out to ensure smooth transitions. Handle reservations and room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue. Work with internal teams to address guest requests and concerns in a timely manner. Arrange pre-arrival services for VIPs, corporate clients, and groups. Use analytical skills to track and optimize room inventory for new reservations. Find ways to improve guest satisfaction and team performance. Keep accurate guest data in the Property Management System (PMS) and other IT systems, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your Qualifications: 0-1 year of experience in a hospitality role or customer service industry, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment. Proven ability to exceed guest expectations and achieve high satisfaction scores. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns.
