Job Description

Sales

• Actively manage all sales activities in the store, including customer engagement, daily task execution, and sales tracking.
• Maintain customer service standards across the team.

Inventory

• Responsible for store inventory, optimizing the EPOS system to save time.
• Expert in using the retail POS system.

Mechanics

• Support the workshop as needed.
• Knowledge of mechanics to carry out repairs.
• Assembly of bicycles.

Other Tasks

Perform other tasks as prescribed by the manager as necessary.
