Job Description
Sales
Actively manage all sales activities in the store, including customer engagement, daily task execution, and sales tracking.
Maintain customer service standards across the team.
Inventory
Responsible for store inventory, optimizing the EPOS system to save time.
Expert in using the retail POS system.
Mechanics
Support the workshop as needed.
Knowledge of mechanics to carry out repairs.
Assembly of bicycles.
Other Tasks
Perform other tasks as prescribed by the manager as necessary.
