You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and you'll play a key role in keeping the company aligned and moving forward.Key Responsibilities:Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, travel, and day-to-day operationsPrepare briefings, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups for key meetingsPrioritize and gate incoming requests to protect CEO focus timeHelp coordinate company-wide communications and special projectsHelp manage and co-ordinate any key events including logistics.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesOur Ideal Candidate:6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, professional and fast-paced environment.
