Your Role

As an Application Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing technical support for our internal Risk applications, encompassing incident resolution, change implementation, and application release management.
  2. Analyzing processes and applications to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance overall efficiency.
  3. Developing and maintaining application and support documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

Your Skills and Experience

To excel as an Application Support Specialist, you should possess:

  1. A minimum of two years of experience in 2nd or 3rd level system or application support, with a strong understanding of ITIL, DevOps, or Agile principles.
  2. Proven experience in maintaining and configuring Salesforce applications or other SaaS products as a system administrator.
  3. Ability to set up system integrations and ETL processes, ensuring seamless data flow.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  5. Fluency in English language, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Nice to Have

  1. Familiarity with Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning concepts.
  2. Understanding of RESTful principles and API design.
  3. Previous experience with Risk applications such as OneTrust or Fusion.
