Application Support Specialist Temp

Your Role

As an Application Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing technical support for our internal Risk applications, including resolving incidents, applying changes, and managing application releases.
  • Analyzing and making recommendations for process and application improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining application and support documentation.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A few years of 2nd or 3rd level system or application support experience and familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or Agile concepts.
  • Experience maintaining and configuring Salesforce applications or other SaaS products as a system administrator.
  • Experience setting up system integrations and ETL processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of stakeholders.
  • English language proficiency is required.

Nice to Have

  • An understanding of Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning.
  • Understanding of RESTful principles and API design.
  • Previous experience with Risk applications such as OneTrust or Fusion.
