International SOS is currently recruiting a Spanish, English and Portuguese speaking Operations Coordinator to join the team in Madrid. Operations Coordinators are essential to what we do. By liaising with doctors, nurses and logistics professionals to ensure our members receive the highest standard of care - you will be making a difference, every day. Key responsibilities - Support and assist members with healthcare and security queries- Ensuring clients' medical situations and treatment are handled with utmost professionalism and care, by booking appointments, authorizing treatments or handling policy claims- Assess situations, co-ordinate care and communicate logistics across the world- Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, security, and operations experts in a fast-paced environment. About you - Critical thinking and organizational skills to handle a variety of situations- A passion to help people, and natural empathetic approach- An appreciation for the importance of data protection and privacy; the ability to take ownership to protect data and process integrity.- Confidence in using Microsoft Office- Experience in Customer Service in a contact center / similar environment is beneficial- Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English Benefits - Structured career development track, with opportunities for progression and advancement- Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm (staggered shifts)Full-remote position By joining International SOS, you will contribute to a global network dedicated to protecting people and organisations.
