The job Are you experienced in payroll management and would you like to apply your knowledge and skills in the very dynamic International Employment environment? To strengthen our HR operations in Spain we are looking for a Payroll Specialist with international ambitions.   In this job, you will:  Communicate to customers about the Spanish payroll landscape, servicing them with a seamless payroll service; Advise and help customers translate their foreign HR policies into employment relationships for their selected employees in Spain; Handle payroll submissions to statutory authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations; Closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as employees, clients, and external partners; Take the responsibility connecting our systems and processes and training your colleagues. With this responsibility,you play an important role between our HR- and Finance operations. To summarize, acting as our client's Payroll provider in Spain, you will make sure the employees are paid accurately, while adhering to the local laws, where most of our customers lack this knowledge. This is your job if You hold a relevant bachelor's degree and/or have the equivalent experience and mindset; You are an expert in Spanish payroll regulations and have at least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar;  Professional command of the Spanish and English language (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken; Strong plus: experience with Sage Payroll software;  Another strong plus: experience with payroll in another country that Parakar operates in, or you are willing to learn this; You are motivated to learn more about the complex HR-,employment-, legal-, payroll-, tax- and immigration regulations particularly in our international employment outsourcing context; You are eager to learn, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks, and detail-oriented.  Our offer A starting annual salary between €33.600 and € depending on your experience); An end-of-year bonus potential of 10%, depending on your personal and company goals; An annual training and development budget of €1.000; A highly motivated and pleasant working environment at a WeWork in Barcelona; 31 vacation days based on a fulltime position; Our annual Team Event together with all your (international) colleagues; An extensive onboarding training at our headquarters in the Netherlands; All the means,facilities and equipment you need to properly do your job (at the office, from home or remote).
