Extensive experience in direct talent search and recruitment, with a deep understanding of the tech and product landscapes. Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. A passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and delivering exceptional results. Oversee and actively participate in sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that the team maintains a high standard for candidate quality and an exceptional candidate experience. Track and monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve team efficiency. Champion continuous learning and process improvements within the team, driving efficiency and ensuring the team is aligned with evolving business needs.
