Take a look to our candidate playbook to know us a little bit more Your mission As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist our customers with their questions and problems to let them have the best experience using our products. What you’ll be doing Help customers to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort. Contacts will mainly come from sports clubs using the Playtomic booking system and from players who make reservations through Playtomic app or website Manage the incoming chats and tickets offering empathy and technical knowledge. Report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users. We want to provide the best experience for our customers, you will be part of this process Be responsible for Customer’s happiness. A happy customer is a loyal customer Who you’ll be playing with Before starting the match, we want to share with you who your team players will be : Customer Care Team, Customer Success Specialists, Onboarding Specialists, Regional Managers, and more Our Ideal \"Player\" Has a Customer-oriented attitude Good knowledge of Excel and other productivity tools Native in Dutch and fluent in English Great accountability and personal organization Proactive and curious, with the aim to improve continuously Able to demonstrate high empathy to our customers Lover of problem-solving in all possible circumstances Extra points Fluent in French is a plus Based in Madrid Racket sports lover What’s in it for you Permanent contract and salary according to experience (in the range of 22K gross annual).
