¿Eres un/a comercial B2B senior con experiencia en Recursos Humanos y eventos?Nuestra empresa cliente, referente en medios y eventos corporativos, busca un/a Senior Commercial para impulsar ventas de espacios publicitarios, programas de suscripción y patrocinio.Autonomía, trato directo con directivos de RRHH y un variable ilimitado por resultados. Requisitos:-Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en el sector de Recursos Humanos, formación o eventos corporativos.-Experiencia en venta de espacios publicitarios, patrocinios o programas de suscripción.-Habilidad para interactuar y negociar con directivos de RRHH y perfiles de alto nivel.-Capacidad para generar y gestionar leads de manera autónoma, con enfoque hunter.-Excelente capacidad de comunicación, relación interpersonal y negociación.-Alta autonomía y organización personal, ya que la empresa no cuenta con CRM ni herramientas avanzadas.-Disponibilidad para viajar a Madrid (aprox. 1 noche cada 2 semanas).
