About the Opportunity We are looking for a permanent Yield & Pricing Analyst to join a new Madrid‑based team working with Iberia. You will transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive commercial decisions, using Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI to uncover trends, identify opportunities and craft clear, compelling data insights. What You Will Be Doing Analyse large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends and insights. Translate raw data into actionable insights through clear, concise reporting and visualisation. Tell the story behind the numbers—create concise presentations that make data understandable and impactful. Review and analyse booking & web data to maximise profitability. Support marketing activity and campaigns via the provision of prices. Use competitor data trends to analyse and make pricing decisions. Ensure profitability/optimal revenue performance of designated destinations through price change execution. Own projects end‑to‑end, delivering results and insights. Propose ideas for improvement and innovation. What You Will Bring Strong analytical skills and experience delivering analysis using Excel and data visualisation tools. Ability to simplify complexity—turn data into a narrative that engages and informs. Fluent in Spanish and English, working closely with teams in Spain and the UK. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable influencing stakeholders. Experience with data storytelling and designing visuals that highlight key insights. Curious, detail‑oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business outcomes. Demonstrated ownership in decision making and proactivity. Ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines. Strong logic and ability to consolidate multiple pieces of information into a simplified view. Quick response to changing internal and external environments. Creative problem solving and an enquiring approach, as we establish the new team. Pricing experience is desirable, but not essential.
