ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Marketing Specialist (Maternity Leave) will involve:Support the execution of go-to-market initiatives for IE Business School programs, including launches, relaunches, and key recruitment moments. Contribute to market and competitor analysis, student insights, and research to inform program positioning and messaging. Ensure consistency and alignment of program messaging across marketing materials, channels, and regions. Collaborate with Digital, Social Media, Brand, Design, Admissions, and Academic teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time. Provide product and messaging input for digital and social campaigns, including paid initiatives targeting student audiences. Monitor campaign performance and support optimization through insights and reporting. Coordinate the development and maintenance of commercial materials and internal toolkits for programs. QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree from a highly reputable university preferred. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, product marketing, digital, or brand roles. Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear messaging. Analytical and structured mindset, with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
