Job Description A Real Estate Agent acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, guiding clients in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under reliable terms. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Accompanying buyers during property viewings, Advising clients on property suitability and value, Presenting purchase offers, Identifying customer needs and financial abilities to propose solutions, Providing advice on market conditions, negotiations, prices, mortgages, and legal matters, Preparing contracts and paperwork, Maintaining knowledge of the real estate market, Creating property listings with details, images, etc., Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance, Ensuring fair and honest dealings. Required Skills and Competencies Experience in real estate is preferred but not required, Fluent in Polish and English, Strong interpersonal skills, Pro-active and team-oriented, Goal-oriented and ambitious, Interest in a long-term career, Basic knowledge of Internet, Windows, MS Office, Flexible working hours, Valid driver's license. Working Hours Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00 (Lunch 13:00-15:00); Saturday 10:00-15:00 Training and Support No prior experience needed. TEKCE Academy offers a 2-week online training program to prepare you for success.
