Real Estate Agent's responsibilities include guiding buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best and most reliable terms.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccompanying buyers during the viewing tourAdvising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visitingPresenting purchase offers to potential buyersIdentifying customers’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutionsProviding advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related mattersPreparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc)Having information about the real estate marketCreating lists for real estate sales properties that include information such as location, features, images, etc.Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are metEnsuring fair and honest dealingRequired Skills And CompetenciesExperience in the real estate industry is not required but preferredFluent knowledge of Swedish and EnglishStrong interpersonal skillsPro‑active and a team playerGoal‑orientated and ambitiousBe interested in a long‑term career with usBasic knowledge of using the Internet, Windows, and MS OfficeFlexible in your working hoursPossess a valid driver's licenseWorking HoursMonday – Friday (Lunch 13:00-15:00); Saturday Prior experience is not a prerequisite.
