What We Would Like You To Take Care Of Develop and manage paid media campaigns focused on lead generation across Meta, Native, and Google Ads. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify targeting opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and ROI. Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with landing page experience. A/B test creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Analyze data and generate reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing. What We Wish You’d Bring With Deep understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Native). Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). Experience with CRM and lead management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus. Nice to Have Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
