Responsibilities Creation, launch, and optimisation of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Configuration of tracking systems such as Redtrack and Voluum In‑depth implementation and management of Meta pixels Data processing and analysis using Google Sheets, incorporating complex formulas and additional tools Optimising advertising content to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness Advanced interpretation of advertising campaign data, providing insights and strategies for future improvements Qualifications Experience in Facebook media buying Experience in the dating vertical Advanced configuration of tracking systems like Redtrack and Keitaro Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation techniques Optimising campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness for both our clients and partners Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions to optimise campaign performance Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time and tasks independently Proactive, attentive, and teamwork‑oriented Nice to Have Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Initiative and proactivity Teamwork and collaboration orientation Active VAT registration What We Offer Join an innovative team during an exciting phase of growth Opportunity for rapid growth within your role and beyond, through a career progression & internal rotation program Independence and full autonomy to shape your work and suggest changes that truly make an impact Contract: contractor Compensation: fixed compensation & variable incentives Full remote Diversity & Inclusion Statement At LeadXPro, we celebrate diversity and view it as an opportunity for growth and enrichment.
