We are looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team in Valencia.ResponsibilitiesDesigning and leading the talent acquisition strategy for our holding company and portfolio ventures.Building onboarding programs to accelerate alignment, execution, and culture adoption.Developing leadership training and career pathways for scientists and business profiles.Structuring equity, incentives, and benefits models for employees, advisors, and founders.Driving organizational design, compensation benchmarking, and role clarity.Managing performance systems, OKRs, and employee engagement frameworks.Acting as cultural guardian: ensuring mission‑driven, value‑based alignment across all teams.Supporting the scaling of 10+ companies per year with HR, recruitment, and organizational playbooks.Creating a people brand that positions us as one of the top DeepTech employers in Europe.Qualifications✔️ At least 3 years of experience in talent management, HR leadership, venture building, or scaling startups.✔️ Proven track record designing and executing HR/talent strategies in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments.✔️ Strong understanding of compensation, equity structures, and incentive plans.✔️ Experience building high‑performing teams and developing leadership programs.✔️ Familiarity with academic tech
