Wintel Administrator Lognext is a multinational leader in the financial services sector. We are looking for a Wintel Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities Maintain performance in a demanding service environment with critical services (thousands of virtual servers and hundreds of physical ones). Ensure high availability of the infrastructure. Administer infrastructure through scripting. Vulnerability remediation, obsolescence management, and proactive improvement. Support and execution of action plans related to incidents and new projects. Maintain architecture and access controls. Collaborate following ITIL methodology. On-site support in rotating shifts (8‑hour days between 7:00 and 19:30). On-call support (24/7 shifts with special compensation). Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles. Qualifications Strong experience with physical servers from various vendors: Dell, IBM, HP. Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 support and troubleshooting. Scripting with PowerShell. Active Directory knowledge (GPOs, Kerberos, DNS). Security patching experience. High English spoken and written (B2/C). Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, OpenStack. Knowledge of antivirus agents and ePo. SAN disk management on Windows. Development in other languages. Ansible and Ansible Tower knowledge. Ticketing tools experience. Job Conditions & Benefits Work Mode: Hybrid, with 4 days remote and 1 day in‑person in Madrid (flexible).
